ALTA + Topographic Surveys for Westhaven Development

Collier has been providing survey services for Southern Land in the Westhaven development in Franklin. This is a development started in 2002, but Collier came on board in 2018 and Southern Land expects another 6 years of development. Collier is on call for any survey needs that are requested. We have done an ALTA & topographic surveys in various sections currently under development. In addition to this work we have done sanitary/storm as-builts and layout of all utilities onsite. We pride ourselves in working with Southern Land and being flexible and onsite as needed.

Exhibit below is of existing topography vs. proposed/designed topography. Used to help the developer determine how much earthwork will be required at each site.
